Wedding Shopping with Clients

One of the things that I do with clients is go shopping with them for supplies for their wedding and for the hand made designs they have ordered from me. The advantage of shopping clients gives me a chance to get to know them better and to make additinal suggestions on the design and decor of their wedding. Two of my favorite places to shop with my clients are AC Moore and Walmart. With only a month left until their BIG DAY, I recently went shopping with Kevion & Antoinette and we got a lot accomplished. We bought all of their jars for their Candy Bar, the centerpieces for their cocktail hour, tulling for the church and the supplies I needed to design their aisle runner, pew cones and their unity candle.

Sandra & Andrew's Inspiration Board

Our clients Sandra and Andrew were referred to us by a previous client, so I immediately went to work creating an inspiration board for their wedding that we will be coordinating in November. Their color scheme is champagne and gold and they want their wedding to be an elegant and romantic celebration. Stay tuned, as we will be working a a logo for this couple as well as designing their wedding invitation...

Count Down to Kecia & Greg's Big Day!

We have been extremely busy finalizing the plans for Kecia & Greg's upcoming Wedding on September 19, 2009. We have planned their wedding for the past 7 months and we will be coordinating their rehearsal and wedding. Tasty Tuesdays: The Midnight Snack

One of the latest and cutest wedding trends that is becoming increasingly popular is the Midnight Snack. Just what is a Midnight Snack you ask? It's a little treat that can range from sweets to mini burgers that you give your guests towards the end of the night after they have been having a great time dancing and most likely have "the munchies".




If you have the budget for it, the Midnight Snack will most definitely add a special touch to your wedding and your guests will appreciate it. Here are the Midnight Snack labels I designed in Photoshop for Melissa's wedding this Friday. These labels will be put on boxes and utilized during the Vieneese hour:

Countdown to Melissa & Rodney's BIG DAY!

Our clients Melissa and Rodney are getting married this Friday!!!! We have been working together for over a year and in this time I can truly say Melissa has become more than a client, she has become a friend. This is going to be a FAB Wedding and I am so honored to be their Planner/Coordinator/Designer and I have truly enjoyed working with them over this past year. Venue Spotlight: The North Ritz Club

Nestled in Syosset, New York (Long Island) is the beautiful and elegant North Ritz Club (NRC). I had an opportunity to visit this gorgeous site when I was doing a walk-through with my clients in preparation for their wedding. I am so excited to be able to coordinate a wedding at the NRC, and during my walk-through I was able to get some great pictures:
